Welcome to Young Driver Edinburgh!
The Young Driver team will be ready at The Royal Highland Centre to give you your first taste of driving. You’ll be perfecting your steering, braking, reversing skills and more during your sessions with us.
One of our 'super sites' with a 2 mile long driving course, this site offers the ideal space for new young drivers and those with more experience. The driving area includes: a two-way road system, T-junctions, crossroads, and roundabouts and is large enough for young drivers to build up speed safely, allowing the practice of gear changes. Drivers can also practice hill starts!

Please note there are no onsite toilet facilities available at this location and we do not provide seating at our venue but you are more than welcome to bring your own chair for the duration of the session.

The Royal Highland Centre is located in Ingliston, Edinburgh.
Once you get to the centre please follow the signs to Gate 1/East Gate.. We are located in the International Visitors Centre and ask that you park on 7th Avenue.
