Welcome to Young Driver Reading!
The Young Driver team will be ready at the Mereoak Park to give you your first taste of driving. You’ll be perfecting your steering, braking, reversing skills and more during your sessions with us.
Reading is a great venue for Young Driver lessons because there’s plenty of space for driving activities and is suitable for both beginners and drivers with more experience.

Please note we do not provide seating at our venue but you are more than welcome to bring your own chair for the duration of the session.

Mereoak park-and-ride is located within a mile of junction 11 of the M4.
From junction 11 of the M4, head south following the signs for Basingstoke.
At the 1st set of traffic lights continue ahead on the dual carriageway, and at the second set of lights turn right.
In 50 meters at the roundabout turn right taking the 2nd exit, and the entrance to the park and ride is then on your right.
Free Parking is available at the site.
Please note: dogs are not permitted on site, with the exception of Assistance Dogs and no customer toilets are available.
